What we collect

We collect the email address, plushie photo, scene choices, optional name and message, and order details needed to make and deliver your video. Stripe processes payment details; Fluff Alive does not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to process your order, generate your video, send order and delivery emails, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google Gemini Omni Flash for video generation, and Replit Object Storage for private files. These providers process only the information needed for their role.

Retention and deletion

Generated videos are hosted privately and automatically deleted 30 days after generation. Order records may be retained for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact us if you have a privacy request.
